About JNolaism

I am Jasmine Nola and new (I quit my blog and decided to start over) to the blogger world. I was  considering starting a blog for some time now but never believed it was the right time. After emailing NYC PR girls and receiving great advice, I came to the realization it was about time to take charge and make one. SO HERE I AM!
I guess I should tell you all a little bit about myself, I have just graduated from Pace University with a B.A in Communications. I live in New York City and currently living the dream, or at least pretending to. As all girls that live in NYC wish they could be. Well let’s just say I like to call myself The Black Carrie Bradshaw. Even though I could not afford her shoes on my best day.

My life was a little hectic with school, a job, 2 internships, friends, making time to have a life, a boyfriend miles away and a love for designer clothes I cannot afford – but buy anyway. Now that I am newly unemployed and searching for the perfect first job I thought I would get back to my first love… complaining (blogging). So with this blog I hope to bring you things I go through on a day-to-day from fashion and beauty to dating and relationships. But also anything with the job search, dealing with your parents and all the typical things us millennial girls go through on a daily basis.

For those of you who do not know me, my nickname since high school has been JNola. It’s a combination of the first letter of my name and middle name. Cool right? Ok maybe not so cool but definitely has some style to it. And we can agree to disagree. Moving on, I love to give advice and synonymous for throwing in my two cents, requested or not it’s just how I roll. Which brings me to why the blog is called Jnoalism. Perfect because I plan on letting you know my take on things. What you do or where you go from there is strictly up to you.

Looking forward to sharing my experiences and venting to you all. I hope you all enjoy reading my blog as much as I will enjoy writing it.

Until next time,
